In appreciation of the unrelenting commitment hospital workers continue to show their communities, Musicians On Call (MOC) teamed up with world-renowned recording artists and brands to show love in hospitals this Valentine’s Day through the Frontline Valentines campaign. Katy Perry joined MOC to show her appreciation through a personal greeting and unforgettable surprise for some lucky caregivers at Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center in Las Vegas. She invited them to attend her “Katy Perry: Play” Las Vegas residency! The caregivers will also enjoy a styling session at the local store of national jewelry brand Kendra Scott. Lukas Graham shares power

Eight-year-old Xavier is battling leukemia and turns to music for courage during his treatments. The song “Scars” by GRAMMY-nominated hitmaker Lukas Graham is one of his go-to anthems. “All of his songs bring joy to me,” said Xavier, “And they really have a good tone, and beat and pulse. I listen to them all the time, even in school.” Xavier’s mom reached out to Musicians On Call with his story and requested a surprise Virtual Program for Xavier with Lukas himself. Warner Music Nashville recording artist Michael Ray joins in the celebration to launch programs that deliver the healing power of music Musicians On Call officially launched its latest weekly Bedside Performance Programs at Sunrise Health System hospitals today in Las Vegas. The programs are made possible through a $150,000 endowment from ACM Lifting Lives®, the philanthropic arm of the Academy of Country Music. The launch event, which took place at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, included a special performance by Warner Music Nashville recording artist Michael Ray for the hospital’s patients and caregivers.
