MUSICIANS ON CALL PARTNER SPOTLIGHT: NASH FM 103.3 and 95.5 NASH ICON

Since 2016, Musicians On Call has proudly partnered with Nash FM 103.3 and 95.5 NASH ICON as the charity beneficiary of their annual CMA Fest kickoff event, renamed the “Bentli Bash” for the 2019 edition, and their popular Rhythm & Boots Series that features rising country music stars performing at Nashville’s iconic 3rd & Lindsley. Through these events, Nash FM 103.3 and 95.5 NASH ICON have supported MOC in raising more than $175,000 for Musicians On Call programs in the Nashville community.

“Nash FM 103.3 and 95.5 NASH ICON have been incredibly valuable partners for Musicians On Call in Nashville. They’ve offered creative and entertaining ways for us to spread awareness of our programs in both the Middle Tennessee and country music communities. We are continuously grateful for their support and look forward to growing our partnership in the coming years,” said Musicians On Call President & CEO Pete Griffin.

Over the years, Nash FM 1033 & Nash Icon 955’s Rhythm & Boots Series has showcased a full roster of country stars, songwriters and up-and-coming artists, including Lee Brice, Billy Ray Cyrus, Jamie O’Neal, Trace Adkins, Billy Currington, Carly Pearce, Brett Young, Sam Hunt, Morgan Wallen, Jimmie Allen, Runaway June, Blanco Brown, JT Harding, Caylee Hammack, Maddie & Tae and more. The station has been instrumental in facilitating MOC hospital visits with some of these artists, going above and beyond to help bring music to patients.

“We are proud to be partners with Musicians On Call. We continue to connect this wonderful organization with our station listeners and partners. I have seen first-hand the power of the work Musicians On Call does in hospitals around Nashville. Some of these patients only see their doctors and nurses during their hospital stay. To watch a musician visit a hospital room and brighten a patient’s day is an amazing experience. I’m excited to grow our partnership in 2020,” said Nash FM 103.3/95.5 NASH ICON Promotions Director Marie Bradshaw.

Earlier this year, Cumulus Radio Station Group’s VP of Country Programming and Cumulus Nashville Operations Manager Charlie Cook was honored with MOC’s “Leadership In Music Award” at MOC’s 20th Anniversary Kickoff last May for his leadership in this partnership. Both he and Nash FM 103.3/95.5 NASH ICON Promotions Director Marie Bradshaw have joined MOC’s volunteer family and now personally deliver the healing power of music to hospital rooms in Nashville as MOC Volunteer Guides. The Ty Bentli Show’s Chuck Wicks has also contributed his time and talent as a long-time supporter, spokesperson and volunteer of Musicians On Call.

Musicians On Call is proud to announce its continued partnership with Nash FM 103.3 and 95.5 NASH ICON in 2020, with the first Rhythm & Boots show taking place at 3rd & Lindsley on February 5th with Jordan Davis.
