HCA Helps Prepare Music Pharmacy For Patients Across The US

As a part of the HCA Community Service Day, members of the HCA staff volunteered their time with Musicians On Call to help prepare Music Pharmacy Packages for patients. These packages each contained three tablets, three sets of top-of-the-line headphones and Pandora accounts – all pre-loaded with customized, curated playlists optimized for healing. Each of these Music Pharmacies will be sent to HCA hospitals for patients to use at their leisure.

Musicians On Call currently has active Bedside Performance Programs in 5 HCA facilities, and have had artists like Keith Urban, Michael Ray and Lady Antebellum performing for their patients.
