Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Musicians On Call is committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. MOC strives to bring music to patients, families and caregivers, regardless of age, race, gender, size, ability, illness, religion, or sexual orientation. We recognize representation is important and as an organization, we are proactively taking steps to implement changes at all levels, including our Board of Directors, Staff, Volunteers and Musicians, to better reflect and connect with the communities we serve through our mission.

We created the Musicians On Call Diversity Equity & Inclusion Task Force, a voluntary task force made up of members of MOC’s staff and National Board of Directors who are working alongside our President and CEO to develop new goals and strategies for the organization around diversity, equity and inclusion.

We seek to create a positive, welcoming environment for everyone we serve and work alongside and are passionate about growing in this area by learning and evolving as an organization.
