Musicians On Call Among Best Nonprofits to Work for Again in 2023

The NonProfit Times, the leading national business publication for nonprofit managers, recently released its list of the Best Nonprofits to Work For in 2023. For the fifth consecutive year, Musicians On Call has been recognized on this list of nonprofits across the country!

This survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best employers in the nonprofit industry, benefiting the industry’s economy, workforce and businesses. The list is made up of 50 organizations.

As part of the recognition, this year’s special issue of The NonProfit Times featured comments from MOC President & CEO Pete Griffin about how we achieved zero turnover among staff. Pete also participated as a featured panelist on the publication’s Executive Session webinar that spotlighted this year’s honorees.
